Call: DECREE 129/2017, of August 1, which regulates the Training Program in alternation with the employment of innovation and talent and establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for said program, in the field of Autonomous community of Extremadura.

Title: “System to guarantee the interoperability and data integration of electric vehicle charging operators”.

Duration: 9 months.

Objective: once we have developed our management system and the intercommunication with the physical recharging points through OCPP (Open Charge Point Protocol), there is a need to interoperate with the different point management systems in Europe to allow a wider deployment of users of different operators in the region and outside it. Different interoperability protocols established in standards managed by different groups of operators and producers of charging points have been detected. These standards are designed at the European level and not implementing any of them supposes a lack for the operators of recharging points that makes a true projection and preparation for the future impossible.

Description: this project aims to improve the exchange of information between service providers and charging point systems. You need more information about the status of each recharge point, both the availability and the location, as well as the cost associated with each recharge. That is, real-time information on location, availability and price.

To improve access to the charging points, it is improved through the development of software that implements a communication protocol such as OCPI (Open Charge Point Interface), which will require a more exhaustive development, and the services of HUBJECT, which facilitate the tools necessary to develop interoperability and is established as a mediator or gateway between different manufacturers and operators of charging points.

The scope of the project includes the development of the necessary software for the application of the standards, and thus, guarantee a uniform access to the infrastructure from mobile devices, information on the charging point (availability, location and charging cost) and the possibility of real-time billing.
